Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
— All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified in a shipping email to the buyer. The holidays are approaching and it is the busiest shipment time for all shipping companies. Your tracking information may not be updated, but that doesn’t mean that the items are lost. Please allow for 7-18 days for delivery, even for Priority shipments.
— International customers are responsible for all customs charges and reshipment if the package is returned to my post office due to a customs issue.
SHIPPING TIME
— I do my best to get all items out quickly, but processing times may vary. Please be patient! If your order takes more than 5 days to process, I will let you know and keep you updated. If you need something in a particular hurry, get in touch and we’ll see if we can work that out.
HOLIDAY DELIVERY: Unable to guarantee Christmas delivery, as all shipping companies are extremely busy during the holiday season. Your tracking may not update consistently throughout your package’s trip to your doorstep. Please allow for 7-18 days for delivery, even for priority shipments.
RETURNS
As a general rule, Kailee Ehnis Design does not allow for refunds or returns since we are a small one-woman business. However, our clients’ satisfaction is our main priority so if there are any issues please reach out! Any custom orders will involve a digital proof that will require final approval via client’s signature before continuing to production. Any typographical errors approved by the client are the client’s responsibility. As able, all items are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before shipping to you.
DISCLAIMER
Any missing or destroyed packages are for the Client to take up with the United States Postal Service. I package everything as well as I can but once the item is out of my hands, the USPS (or other shipping company) is responsible. Kailee Ehnis Design is also not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
